Methods
  • 1. Take all dryfruit and chop it, mix together.
  • 2. In a pan, add boiled milk, grated coconut and sugar, saffron mix well till combined.
  • 3. On a low flame roast till moisture dries out, then add milk powder and roast on low flame till colour changes.
  • 4. It takes few minutes, now add fresh cream or malai, roast till leaves its sides. Switch off the flame.
  • 5. Now make balls from it and press slight from middle to fill mix dryfruit. Fill chopped dryfruits. Sprinkle some dessicated coconut and serve.
