First of all take gram flour in a vessel add salt red chili and mix it.peel the gourd and rub it then all its water will drain.

Heat oil in a pan and make koftas by mixing gram flour and loki and deep dry them.

Squeeze the peanuts and take out the peel grind them in a jar onion , tomatos, ginger garlic green chili, coconut white seasame and peanuts.

Heat oil in the pan again add cumin seeds and all the ground spices and fry it. Them add fresh cream water and koftas as required and boil it. Add coriander leaves and serve.
