Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  • 2. Add gram flour, mix nicely and saute it for 5-7 minuteson low flame until it became slightly golden brown aromatic.
  • 3. Add milk and sugar, mix well and cook with continuous stir until mixture becomes thick.
  • 4. Finally add peanut powder,fresh grated coconut and cardamom powder and mix nicely.
  • 5. Coconut Peanut Powder Besan Halwa is ready to serve.
