Ingredients For Colourful Fried Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the idlis into pieces.
  • 2. Take a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds in it When it starts crackle add curry leaves and sesame seeds. Fry on low heat for few seconds.
  • 3. Add idli pieces, coconut, chat masala and salt. Mix it well.
  • 4. Transfer it in a serving pot. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
