  • 1. Take coarsely blended corn in a bowl. Add onion, green chilly, besan, salt and coriander leaves
  • 2. Add besan depends upon moisture in corn
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Wet your hands and take some corn mixture and put in pan
  • 4. Shallow fry it on medium flame till golden brown from both sides. Serve hot
