First cook quinoa by adding water cool till it becomes soft.Heat oil in a pan and saute spinach and add garlic powder and salt and mix well saute for at least 2 minutes.Next add cooked quinoa and milk with adding lemon juice and keep thick consistency giving creamy texture 2 to 3 minutes cook.

Next when it is cooked add grated cheese from top and serve hot and delicious creamy spinach and quinoa for breakfast.
