Heat a pan add thin poha and roast it on low flame till it become crispy.

Heat a pan add oil ,add peanut to it n saute it till become crispy same process repeat with cashew nuts n dry coconut flakes

In same oil which oil is there in the pan add mustard seed coriander seed,green chilli cury leaves seasome seeds n turmeric powder n saute it become crispy
4.
Now add this tempering on the poha add salt,sugar , dry coconut flakes, cashew nuts,n peanut .the crispy coconut poha namkeen is ready that too in a very less oil
