Heat a pan add thin poha and roast it.on low flame till it become crispy

Heat a pan add oil,add peanut to it n saute it till become crispy same process repeat with cashew nuts and dry coconut flakes

In same oil which oil is there in the pan add mustard seeds,coriander seeds, green chili,curry leaves, seasome seeds,and turmeric powder and saute it become crispy
4.
Now add this tempering in poha ,add salt n sugar ,dry coconut flakes cashew nuts,n peanut . crispy coconut poha namkeen is ready that too in a very less oil.
