Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak the daal overnight in water.
  • 2. In the morning strain the water. And wash again.
  • 3. Spread it on a cloth. Allow it to dry for 10 minutes.
  • 4. In a wok add oil. Heat it up.
  • 5. To the strainer add daal. Deep fry it till the sound turn off from the daal.
  • 6. Place it on a tissue paper.add all the spices.
  • 7. Mix it well.
