1. Take some dry fruits like cashew, almond and raisin. You can add dry fruits as per your taste. 2. Take Morde milk chocolate compound(100g) and Morde dark chocolate compound(100g) and mix equal portions of both. 3. Then put the boil in an oven and heat for 30s and then stir. Do it for 2-3 times as soon as chocolate melts completely. 4. Now mix chopped dry fruits in this melted mixture . 5. Take any shaped mould and fill it with this filling by tapping it again and again. 6. Freeze it for atleast two hour and then serve.
1. Never use water with chocolate. 2. Never overheat the chocolate. Always follow technique of 30-20-10s and stir it continuously.
