Methods
  • 1. Make small square pcs of slice (9 squares from 1 slice)
  • 2. make a slit in each paneer cibes n spread chitney carefully n place 1 cheese square.
  • 3. mix besan, peri peri, salt, dry mango powder n water n make a very thick paste.
  • 4. now coat the cubes in this muxture n roll over the flakes.
  • 5. deep fry till the crust is golden n serve immediatdly with chutney n ketchup
