This is a very yummy and tasty milkshake, an easy and refreshing drink recipe made with custard milk, ice cream and fry fruits, it is one of the popular milk-based drink made especially during the holy month of ramadan for iftar. Very healthy and nutritious.

Recipe Notes

You can take any flavour of icecream of your choice. Sugar is optional. Adjust the sweetness as per your taste.

Ingredients For Custard Milkshake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a heavy bottom sauce pan add milk , custard powder cardamom powder, half dry fruits and sugar. Mix it well.
  • 2. Turn on the flame. On low medium flame make custard milk . Stir continuously. Don’t make it too thick. Turn off the flame. Keep aside to cool . Put it in the refrigerator to chilled.
  • 3. In a mixer jar add half custard milk , icecubes and 2 scoop pista ice cream. Blend it. Transfer it in 2 serving glasses.
  • 4. Put rest of the milk in mixer jar add , icecubes, 2 scoop Kesar BADAM ice cream. Blend it .Transfer it in serving glasses.
  • 5. Keep all the 4 glasses in refrigerator. Before serving add 1-1 scoop icecream in each glasses. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits, serve immediately.
