Ingredients For Dahi Bhalla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak dhuli urad dal in water overnight. Now grind the dal properly.
  • 2. Add salt, chilli powder, raisins and hing mixed in water to the grinded dal. Mix well.
  • 3. Add small portions of the batter into hot oil to make bhallas. Fry until it turns brown in color.
  • 4. Whisk all the ingredients together in dahi.
  • 5. Soak the bhallas in water for two minutes and then squeeze it.
  • 6. Pour the curd over bhallas. Pour imli & green chutney.
  • 7. Garnish with pomegranate. Dahi Bhalla is ready to serve.
