Wash broken wheat repeatedly. Soak in ½ cup water overnight.

Next morning grind it along with green chilli & ginger using water required. Transfer to a bowl add salt, cumin, rice flour, onion, cilantro and give a good mix.

Heat appe pan. Add ÂĽ tsp oil into each indent. Pour batter. Cover & cook for 2-3 minute.
4.
Then turn it over. Cook other side too for 2 minute. Remove & serve hot with chutney.
