Ingredients For DALIA POPPERS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Add bread slices in the blender and blend to make bread crumb.
  • 2. Boil dalia in a pressure cooker with one cup of water,after 4 - 5 whistle turn off the flame.
  • 3. Take a bowl add boiled dalia,potato, capsicum, onion, green chilly, salt, coriander leaves, black pepper, half bread crumbs and ginger garlic paste and mix well and make a dough.
  • 4. Divide the dough into ball and make a round shape ball and coat with bread crumbs.
  • 5. Keep in the fridge for an hour.
  • 6. Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry the dalia poppers until golden brown and crispy.
  • 7. Dip the dalia ball into tomato ketchup and now dip in the green chutney and sprinkle some sesame seeds serve hot.
