When it cools down, remove the skin of the peanuts from the muscle. Now clean the peanuts.

Put the cleaned peanuts in the mixer and grind them. Grind it back which is left over. Grind the peanuts finely.

Now put sugar and water in a wok and make syrup of one string. When sugar syrup is made, add peanut powder and ghee and stir it on sim flame while mixing well. When the mixture starts leaving the pan, then turn off the gas.

When the ball is formed, take out the peanut paste in a plate and apply ghee. Prepare it by applying ghee in the polythene. Roll lightly.And after cooling, cut into desired shape. Delicious katli is ready to eat.
