Methods
  • 1. To make cutlets, we first wash the poha with clean water and keep it for 5 minutes. Then mix the boiled potatoes and poha together and mash them with the help of hands.
  • 2. Then add chopped onions and green chilies in it. And then add salt, chilli and amchur powder and mix it well. And then by applying a little oil on your hands, you will give the mixchar the shape of a heart cutlet with the help of your hands.
  • 3. And then put oil in a pan and heat it. And when the oil becomes hot, then fry the cutlets on medium heat till they become crispy golden. And then take it out in a plate and serve it with sauce.
