To make cutlets, we first wash the poha with clean water and keep it for 5 minutes. Then mix the boiled potatoes and poha together and mash them with the help of hands.

Then add chopped onions and green chilies in it. And then add salt, chilli and amchur powder and mix it well. And then by applying a little oil on your hands, you will give the mixchar the shape of a heart cutlet with the help of your hands.

And then put oil in a pan and heat it. And when the oil becomes hot, then fry the cutlets on medium heat till they become crispy golden. And then take it out in a plate and serve it with sauce.
