Methods
  • 1. To make Sabudana Tikki, first of all, we will soak the sabudana in water for 1 hour. After 1 hour, take out the water from the sago and mash it well with the potatoes.
  • 2. Then we will add chopped green chilies, and peanuts and salt, chili and mix it. Then heat oil in a pan. Till the oil is hot, we will prepare small tikas from the mixture.
  • 3. Then fry the tikkis in hot oil. And slowly flip the tiki. And fry till it becomes golden. And take it out in a plate and serve.
