Methods
  • 1. Preheat the oven at 170-degree celsius.
  • 2. Take a bowl add in the ghee and icing sugar. Cream it until pale and fluffy.
  • 3. Then mix in all the dry ingredients together and transfer it in the creamed batter.
  • 4. Combine into a dough.
  • 5. Wrap the cookie dough in a cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 6. After 30 minutes take it out from the refrigerator and divide the dough into small balls of 20 grams each.
  • 7. Place them in the baking tray and put it to bake.
  • 8. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden from the bottom.
