For chilli sandesh add green chilli in milk & bring it to boil. When it will start to boil add vinegar to make it curdle.

We need the taste and flavour of green chilli. So once the milk became paneer then take out the green chilli .Strain the excess water from paneer.

Heat 1tbspn ghee in a pan & add crumbled paneer. Add condensed milk, milk powder & green food colour. When it will start to leave the sides of the pan then switch off the flame. Chilli sandesh is ready.

For Cherry Halwa heat ghee in a pan & fry suji for few seconds. Make a paste of cherry & add it to suji. Add condensed milk, cashew nuts & chopped cherry.Make it thick & halwa is ready.

Boil milk for rabdi. Add condensed milk, crushed butterscotch chips & make it thick.
6.
For assembling take a plate. Make first layer with chilli sandesh. Make second layer with cherry halwa & pour butterscotch rabdi over it.
