Heat ghee in a pan. Add raisins toast until light brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add coriander powder.Roast the coriander powder on medium-low heat

Remove the pan from heat. Stir in powdered sugar.Add Raisins, slivered almonds and pistachio to the panjiri.

Stir in cardamom powder.Add Dry coconut and Keep mixing until everything is well incorporated.Garnish with rose petals. Dhaniya panjiri is ready for prasad offering
