Ingredients For Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl. Add semolina, curd and gram flour. Mix it well.
  • 2. Add lemon juice. Rest the batter for half an hour.
  • 3. After half an hour, add eno and mix it properly. Pour the batter into a baking dish grease with oil.
  • 4. Bake the batter for 7 minutes in the oven.
  • 5. Take an another bowl for tadka.
  • 6. Add oil then add mustard seeds when they start to splutter add green chillies and curry leaves.
  • 7. Add water, sugar and salt. Boil it for 4-5 minutes.
  • 8. Pour the tadka on the dhokla. Your tasty dhokla is ready to serve.
