Methods
  • 1. Soak yellow moong dal for 3 - 4 hours and make a coarse paste of two tbsp soaked yellow moong dal,green chilly,ginger and whole garam masala.
  • 2. Take a bowl add moong dal,ginger ,green chilly and whole garam masala and yellow moong dal paste,amchur powder and onion and mix well.
  • 3. Add ,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Cut the edges of the bread and mix well.
  • 4. Shape each ball to cylindrical type.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kebab in a medium flame serve hot with tomato ketchup.
