Dil pasand is made with pure ghee in Iyengar bakery. It's very delicious and melt in the mouth delicacy. I tried it at home , and baked in cooker without adding any yeast. It tastes awesome, kids love it.
Adding ghee , adds more taste , baking should be done with patience .
