In a pan, add ghee, add all the chopped dry fruits almonds, cashews, pistachios, khismis, keep mixing till raw smells goes of. Then let them cool.

In a bowl, add maida, salt and make a dough and wrap up with muslin cloth for about half an hour.

Then take a piece of dough , roll it like roti shape , then make small round shape with the help of a bowl.

Then spread milkmaid to the small pieces of circle shape , then add the roasted dry fruits in the centre . Then take another piece of circle an cover it . Seal the sides with the help of the fork

Then deep fry it. Then when done , add it to the sugar syrup an place it in the plate . Garnish with chopped assorted dry fruits an spread chocolate sauce over it
