Methods
  • 1. Take a Kadai n heat ghee.Add wheat flour n roast till golden brown.
  • 2. Now keep the flour aside, then again heat ghee n roast makhana n dry fruits for a while.
  • 3. Also roast flex seeds
  • 4. Now grind the dry fruits, makhana n flex seeds to powder.
  • 5. Again take some ghee in Kadai n add the wheat flour into it.
  • 6. Slowly add dry fruits,flex seeds n ginger n elachi powder
  • 7. Roast for a while ,add sugar powder.
  • 8. Finally add required amount of milk or water to make halwa
  • 9. Halwa is ready to serve
