Methods
  • 1. Peel and boil the potatoes until it is fully cooked.
  • 2. Mash the potatoes very finely and mix butter, egg yolk, salt, and white pepper powder in it and mix it properly.
  • 3. Turn the mixture in a piping bag and pour a little mixture on baking tray through piping bag.
  • 4. Sprinkle some thyme or any Italian herbs over it and bake it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Serve it as accompaniment with egg preparations.
