In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients ,flour,baking powder, baking soda and seive thrice to make it uniform

Melt together chocolate and butter over double boiler

Set your oven to heat at 180 c

Put in the condensed milk, buttermilk and the vanilla extract and beat again for 2 minutes

Mix the liquid ingredients into the flour and mix untill all the flour is mixed into the liquid , mix all the wanuts

Pour the batter into 2 tins, tap the tins twice , scatter the nuts all over on top and bake for 30 minutes

Remove cake from oven , cool it on romm temperature for 4 hours

To make ganache warm the cream, add in chopped chocolate and mix well till the chocolate is completed melted ,mix in butter and vanilla essence and mix well,cool in refrigerator for 2 hours

Level the cooled cakes, cover the base in ganache , top with 2 nd cake ,cover the whole cake in ganache,pipe out swirls or garnish as desired ,sprinkle colored whole sugar too on cake for garnish
