Methods
  • 1. First, take a deep sauce pan add in hot water and soaks the dates for 2 hours.
  • 2. Then blend the soaked dates into a smooth paste, without adding any water
  • 3. Take a pan, add in all the dry fruits and dry roast them on a medium flame, and roughly crush them
  • 4. Again take a pan, add in the dates paste and saute it till the paste thickens
  • 5. Now add in the roasted nuts and mix them well, again add in the dry grated coconut and mix
  • 6. Add in cardamom powder, salt, and honey mix them well
  • 7. Once it is combined well, add in the roasted powder oats and mix them well
  • 8. Transfer them in a square container and set them well, refrigerate it for an hour and cut it in bars
