Roll the rotis with less pressure .If the daugh is too soft to roll roti add some dry bajri flour.

Ingredients For Fenugreek paneer stuffed bajari roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For making stuffing ,add Fenugreek leaves,green chilies,tomato and salt to the heated non stick pan.mix well and saute till vegetables becomes soft.
  • 2. Add paneer and pepper powder to the softened vegetables.Mix well and switch off the flame.let the stuffing become cool,divide it in to three equal parts.
  • 3. For making daugh,heat the water in broad pan.(don't boil it.just make it medium hot)switch off the flame.
  • 4. Add bajra flour and salt to the hot water and mix well.keep it aside and let the daugh become cool.
  • 5. Smooth the daugh by knidding it well.Make six equal part of the daugh.
  • 6. Apply dry bajri flour and make two rotis.On one roti spread one portion of prepared stuffing and keep the other roti over it and seal it from all sides.
  • 7. Heat the non stick tawa and toast the stuffed roti with ghee from both sides till light golden brown.prepare other rotis in the same way.
  • 8. Serve With tea or curd.
