Ingredients For Fried idli using brown rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak brown rice and lentils for 5 hours
  • 2. Grind them into fine paste and leave this bater for 8 hours for fermentation.
  • 3. Take idli stand. Add salt and eno sachet into the batter ,put the batter immediately into the stand and make small idlis .
  • 4. Keep these idlis aside and cut onion , capsicum.
  • 5. Take a pan,put oil.
  • 6. Add mustard seeds when oil becomes hot.
  • 7. Saute veggies by adding little salt, add Soya sauce, Vinegar and ketchup.
  • 8. Mix them well.
  • 9. Now add idlis. Sprinkle black pepper and mix them well.
  • 10. Serve it hot.
