Methods

How to make Garlic Bread Recipe

1. Sieve the flour add sugar,salt,oregano, baking powder ,baking soda now add curd and vinegar to activate the dough.
2. Knead it a little bit add oil water and milk and knead a soft dough let it rest ans rise for 1 hour
3. Whisk a little butter and add oregano and chopped garlic to it.
4. Preheat the kadai for 10 minutes on medium flame.
5. Once the dough is risen knead it a bit. Take a big ball of a dough( measuring to a ball size) and roll a thick paratha.
6. Spread the garlic butter all over the paratha and put cheese on the half.
7. Add sweet corn,chilli to it and top it with some more cheese.
8. Fold it into a half and press and seal the sides.
9. Mark the cuts or sticks as visible in the picture.
10. Grease a plate with oil and place the bread ake bake it for 20 minutes or until golden brown on low to medium flame.
11. Garnish it with oregano and chilli flakes.
