Wash wheat dalia, rice and yellow moong dal...wash for 2 to 3 times. Strain the water.

Heat cooker and add ghee in it.... Add the washed ingridients ( wheat dalia,rice ,yellow moong dal) saute it for 4 to 5 mins. Add sliced cashew nuts, fry it for some time and then remove it from the ghee.

Then add 4 cups of hot water in it and pressure cook it till 1 whistle on high flame.

Lower the flame and cook it for another 15-20 minutes.

Off the flame and let the pressure of the cooker come out.

Open the lid and add hot milk, sugar, salt, cardamom powder and mix it well.
7.
Again cook it on low flame for 10-15 mins
8.
When the mixture gets thicker ,add grated coconut and sliced fried cashew nuts.
