Ingredients For Ghee Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1. Pre heat the cooker for 10 minutes in a high flame. (Put salt inside)
  • 2. 2. Add curd & Baking Soda in a bowl and mix well.
  • 3. 3. Add melted ghee, brown sugar, milk and mix well.
  • 4. 4. Now add vanilla essence, atta, baking powder. Mix it nicely.
  • 5. 5. Pour it into the creased cake mould and put it inside the cooker and cook for 40 minutes.
  • 6. 6. Insert a tooth pick to check whether the cake is well cooked.
  • 7. 7. Now remove the cake mould from the cooker. Allow it to cool completely before cutting the pieces.
  • 8. 8. Enjoy with your Tea time.
