In a pan, mix ghee khoya, mawa and sugar. Switch on the gas and start stirring the mixture.

Now take besan and dry roast till aromatic, add in mawa mixture, When it start melting, add milk and elaichi powder in it.

Stirr continually until ghee leaves it sides, switch off the flame and take out this mixture on greased plate.

Sprinkle chopped nuts and pressed it, so it firmly to set on it. Let it cool completely, when cool cut into pieces, khoya ghee milk cake is ready to be served
