First heat the pure ghee in a pan.Once the ghee is hot fry the goond in 2 to 3 batches.Do not fry all togther.Fry them till they nicely puff up and turn golden brown

Set aside to cool

In the same ghee fry the Almonds and cashews.Do not burn them.Remove and set aside

Fry the raisins and set aside

Now in the same ghee add 2 tbsp more pure ghee and fry the Whole-wheat flour.Fry on slow flame and fry till it turns golden brown in color and nice aroma appears

Mean while grind the goond and the nuts.Do not grind the raisins

Now in the flour add the grinded powders of Goond and nuts

Add the raisins and the cardamom pwdr

Now finally add the sugar and mix everything together

Let it cool a bit.Not completely cool.

When you touch the flour it shuld still be warm.Then take small portions and form ladoos using your palms

Garnish each ladoo with slivered nuts

Store in a dry airtight container.Stays well for weeks
