Methods
  • 1. Firstly, take green peas, green chilli and ginger into a jar and make a nice paste.
  • 2. In a bowl add wheat flour, semolina, gram flour and spices.
  • 3. Add salt, oil and coriander leaves.
  • 4. Add the paste of green peas and add water to make a stiff dough.
  • 5. Knead a soft dough.
  • 6. Make small balls from dough and roll out with rolling pin to make poori.
  • 7. Heat oil in a pan and fry these pooris, press pooris lightly to puffed up.
  • 8. Fry them till crisp and remove from oil.
  • 9. Serve hot green peas pooris with any sabzi.
