Ingredients For Gujrati Thepla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix Wheat flour , Besan and Ghee and Mix together and prepare a dough.
  • 2. Add chopped onions , chillies , jeera , ajwain , haldi powder , kasoori methi and mix it all together
  • 3. Use water to properly make the dough
  • 4. Keep the dough at rest for for 5 Minutes
  • 5. Now Take small portion of dough and spread it properly , as thin as possible
  • 6. Now Heat a pan and Cook the Thepla properly using Ghee from both sides
  • 7. Your Thepla is Ready, Serve it with Curd or pickle or also with a cup of tea for best Taste.
