Ingredients For Gurer Rosogolla ( Jaggery Rasgulla) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a thick bottomed pot, bring the milk to boil. When it comes to a roll boil, add the lime/lemon juice, gradually. Switch the flame off and keep stirring. strain out the chana n let it rest for 2 hours or till water remove from chana.
  • 2. Remove the chena on a flat surface, break the lumps and knead using your palm to form a smooth dough. Make lime sized balls out of this dough
  • 3. Boil water, add sugar & jaggery. let it mix.
  • 4. Add cardamom seeds
  • 5. When this syrup starts to bubble, on high flame, drop the chaena balls in. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • 6. Now on a slow flame cook it for 30 minutes.
  • 7. Switch off the flame and enjoy rasgulla.
