Ingredients For Healthy Aam Pana Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pressure cook the mangoes for 2-3 whistles.
  • 2. Transfer the mangoes in a bowl. Let it little cool. Remove it’s skin. Mash the mangoes with hand and collect all the pulp.
  • 3. In a mixer jar add all the ingredients except water. Blend it well.
  • 4. Transfer it in a jar . Add 3-4 glass chilled water. Mix it well. Taste the sweetness and spice.
  • 5. Garnish with mint, Serve chilled.
