Ingredients For Healthy Laddoos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry Roast sesame seeds for five to ten minutes till they crackle. Then add Oats and roast them too. Cool down the mixture. Grind oats and sesame mixture alongwith Cornflakes and in a mixer. Add finely cut almonds to it. You can add roasted almonds too. Add coarsely ground peanuts to it.
  • 2. Melt Nova ghee in a kadhai. We do not need it hot as such. Add the grated Jaggery to it and let that melt too. Once it melts, add the oats mixture and mix well. While warm, bind it into laddoos. You can reduce or increased the jaggery as per the sweetness required. Enjoy!!!
  • 3. You can add a little more melted ghee if needed for binding.
