Ingredients For Healthy sprouted moong and suji dhokla recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a jar, add sprouted moong and grind it .
  • 2. Take a bowl add suji, sprouted moong ,curd mix it.
  • 3. Add green chillies and ginger paste. .
  • 4. Add jeera ,hing, salt to taste.mix it.
  • 5. Add eno and mix.
  • 6. Take a steamer add water. Bring it to boil.
  • 7. Take a plate, apply oil.
  • 8. Pour batter and steamed it 10 minutes.
  • 9. Then cool down.
  • 10. Cut into pieces.
  • 11. Take a pan add oil, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves.
  • 12. Lemon juice, sugar, fresh coriander. Bring to boiled.
  • 13. Add dhokla , mix it.
  • 14. Served it.
