Take a bowl , add the leftover rice paste,curd,chopped onion, ginger,chilies,red crushed pepper, ajwain and coriander leaves. Add salt as per taste and blend the mixture perfectly using finger.

Pour oil into a pan and hear it.

Now apply water into both hands and make balls from the dough.

Make the balls into circle and give a hole in the center using the index finger.
6.
Put each vada dough into hot oil, fry it untill the colour turn into golden brown and crispy.
