Methods
  • 1. Drain the chikpeas and rinse.
  • 2. Combine the chickpeas, tahini paste, lemon juice, garlic and salt in a food processor and blend to a creamy puree.
  • 3. Turn into a bowl and make smooth with a back of a spoon. Drizzle a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
  • 4. Garnish with a few parsley leaves.
  • 5. Serve the hummus with warm pita bread or with steamed or roast veggies.
