How to make Idli and samber/curry(south indian dish) Recipe

Soak rice and urad dal overnight.

In morning wash it properly and put in in a mixxi jar to make a fine batter by adding little water in it.
3.
Then take out the batter in a mould and add salt in it and mix well and keep it aside for 3 to 4 hour .
4.
Steam the idli pan then spread some oil in idli pan then pour the batter in it and steam it for 30 minutes and your idli was ready to serve with curry or samber.
