Ingredients For Idli filled with moong dal sprouts recipe

Methods
  • 1. Combine samolina,vcurd and salt with sufficient water in a deep bowl. Mix well and cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. After 10 minutes just before steaming add eno, sprouted moong dal and mix gently.
  • 3. Grease the idli mould with oil and pour sooji batter into each greased mould.
  • 4. Steam in a steamer for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • 5. Open the lid and remove sooji idlis slightly, demould and serve sprouted idli immediately with sambhar and coconut chutney.
