Wash the poha and keep it covered for 5-8 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Then add fennel, cumin and mustard green chilies. Then add onions and peas, cover and let it cook for 5-7 minutes

Now add sugar and salt to the poha. Now put turmeric in the pan, and add poha.

Poha is ready, serve hot by adding green coriander, lemon juice, onion, cumin, sev and pomegranate on top.
