Methods
  • 1. Boil Jackfruit with water, haldi and salt. Once boiled strain the water and keep it aside.
  • 2. In a bowl, add, boiled potatoes, moong dal paste, green chillies, sugar, salt, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, broken cashews, and make a thick paste.
  • 3. Make patties shape or round shape with e mixture. In a kadhai, add oil and ghee bring it to a boil.
  • 4. Simmer the gas flame in medium flame.
  • 5. Fry the balls one by one until they are cooked.
  • 6. Take it out on a palte and serve it with khajoor chutney or any sauce.
