Ingredients For Jaggery Porridge Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, clean the porridge and wash it with water, then take it out in a sieve so that all its water comes out.
  • 2. Now put ghee in a cooker and put porridge in it on medium heat. Roast till it turns brown.
  • 3. After the porridge is roasted, add 2 glasses of water, cardamom powder, a pinch of salt and finely chopped jaggery
  • 4. Keep stirring continuously till the jaggery melts and add dry fruits as per your wish, now cover the cooker lid and cook for 3 whistles.
  • 5. When the whistle comes out of the cooker, take it out on a plate, garnish it with dry fruits and serve.
