Ingredients For Jaggery Tomato Spicy Chutney Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chilly and asofoetida powder and let them crackle.
  • 2. Now add chopped tomato and salt and cook it by covering with lid for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • 3. Add all dry spices and 1 and a half cup water approx, mix well and cook it for more 3-4 minutes on medium flame until it becomes little bit thick.
  • 4. Add chopped coriander leaves lastly and swutch off the flame.
  • 5. Jaggery tomato spicy chutney is ready to serve.
